fix windows build

- add a cd .. after ember build: the script moves to gui\ directory but
  does not move back, despite the rest of the script expecting running
  from the root directory.

- add multiple echo commands to help debug error

- fix robocopy wrong usage where glob patterns are specified on the
  source path instead of a specific third argument
