- Imported markdown editor translations from markdown-editor.json
- Updated core.js to include new translations for the Czech locale
This addition enhances the localization support for the markdown editor in the application.

fix(mobile): make label edit popup fully scrollable and keep Delete button visible at the bottom on all devices\n\nCloses #1183\n\n- Popup content is now flexbox-based and scrollable on all mobile sizes\n- Delete and Save buttons are aligned on the same row and always visible\n- Removed absolute positioning from Delete button for correct flex behavior\n- Improved mobile usability when keyboard is open\n\nBefore: On mobile, the label edit popup content could be hidden by the keyboard, and the Delete button floated or overlapped.\nAfter: Popup content scrolls, input is always accessible, and Delete button stays at the bottom right next to Save. UX is consistent on all mobile devices.

- Implemented GET /api/cards/assigned endpoint to return all cards assigned to the current user (as member or author)
- Included related entities: labels, task lists, tasks, attachments, custom fields, memberships, and users
- Added route to config/routes.js
- Ensured response format matches project conventions for proper client display

build: Improve Docker dev setup, add nodemon config ( #1145 )

* Updated the base image in `Dockerfile.dev` from `node:18-alpine` to `node:lts-alpine` to use more or less the same as for production docker build (where the client is build lts and server is 18... so yeah not really...)
* Removed the `USER node` directive, to prevent permission issues as we hook the whole folder into the container.
* Modified the `docker-compose-dev.yml` file to enhance the database healthcheck. The new healthcheck ensures not only postgres is ready but also the database is ready by running a sample query (`SELECT 1`) and adjusts the interval, retries, and start period for better reliability.
* Added a `nodemon.json` configuration file to watch only relevant files (node_modules would be ignored but not files like the python venv) and avoid rapid successive restarts with the delay.
